1. Who we are and agreement

B5Tools.ly is operated by GLORIAPR LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16313878, with its registered office at 182-184 High Street North, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. These Terms govern the B5Tools.ly website, accounts, dashboard, API, WordPress plugin, documentation, and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, connecting a site, using an API key, installing the plugin, or using the Service, you accept these Terms for yourself or the organisation you represent. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these Terms.

2. The Service and your licence

B5Tools provides a Big Five-based personality type assessment API and WordPress plugin. The Service may provide assessment items, scoring, result content, connected-site management, local WordPress features, analytics, integrations, and billing tools according to your plan.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful business or personal purposes under these Terms. You may use B5Tools output on a site you control, but you may not resell API access, share credentials with an unrelated organisation, evade plan limits, or reproduce the Service as a competing hosted assessment product without our written permission.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for your account, connected sites, API keys, and activity performed with your credentials. Keep credentials confidential and revoke, rotate, or reconnect them if they are exposed, copied to an unauthorised site, committed to a public repository, or transferred with a cloned WordPress installation.

We may suspend, revoke, rotate, or require reconnection of credentials to protect the Service, enforce quotas or Connected Site limits, respond to suspected abuse, address billing status, or comply with law.

4. Connected Sites and domain changes

A Connected Site is one real public WordPress website attached to your B5Tools account. Your plan may limit the number of Connected Sites. Credentials issued for one Connected Site must not be used on an unrelated public website.

A Connected Site may include reasonable local, development, staging, preview, or temporary aliases for the same website. These aliases are for building, testing, migration, and maintenance. They are not separate production sites and must not be used to avoid plan limits. We may require verification and may refuse, remove, or expire an alias that appears unrelated or creates a security, support, or abuse-prevention risk.

You may replace a live domain when the same website moves or changes its primary address. Self-service replacements may be rate-limited. Disconnecting WordPress does not cancel your subscription or delete your B5Tools account, billing record, or locally stored WordPress data.

5. Plans, quotas, and feature access

Current prices, billing intervals, quotas, Connected Site limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard. Access is determined by the account entitlement and credential used, not by the presence of plugin files alone.

When a quota is exhausted, new scoring requests may pause until the quota resets or access is otherwise restored. We do not reduce scoring quality to work around an exhausted quota. If a paid plan expires, becomes past due, is cancelled, or is downgraded, paid features may pause or revert to Free behaviour. A downgrade does not by itself delete settings or data stored in your WordPress installation.

6. WordPress operator responsibilities

You control your WordPress site and the local data it collects. You are responsible for your visitor notices, consent choices, lawful basis, plugin configuration, security, and any lead capture, result email, WooCommerce recommendation, PDF, webhook, CRM, analytics, or other integration you enable. You must not send raw answers, names, email addresses, free-text notes, or other personal data to B5Tools endpoints described as metadata-only.

7. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing area before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves paid access available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.

Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments. The merchant of record identified at checkout or on a receipt may be Link or another Stripe entity. The merchant of record handles the payment transaction, applicable indirect tax, fraud prevention, disputes, transaction-level customer support, invoices, and receipts. B5Tools remains responsible for the Service and product support.

We do not offer a general money-back guarantee. Refunds may be issued where required by law, required by the merchant-of-record process, needed to correct duplicate or erroneous billing, or granted at our discretion. Managed Payments customers may also request transaction support or a refund through the support route shown by Stripe or Link. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for hiring, firing, promotion, eligibility, lending, insurance, education placement, clinical diagnosis, medical decisions, legal decisions, or another high-stakes decision about a person. Do not present a result as a measure of worth, ability, health, employability, or a protected characteristic.

You must not use the Service unlawfully, deceptively, or discriminatorily; interfere with its operation or security; probe or bypass access controls; scrape or automate access outside the documented API; introduce malware; infringe another person's rights; or use staging, aliases, keys, accounts, or other technical measures to evade quotas or plan restrictions.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, scoring engine, item mapping, result taxonomy, result copy, software, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by GLORIAPR LTD or its licensors. You retain rights in content and data you lawfully provide. You grant us and our providers the rights needed to transmit and process that content solely to operate, secure, and support the Service and comply with law.

10. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service for security, legal, provider, product, or operational reasons. We may change plans and features. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice before a change materially reduces a paid service.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse, breach of these Terms, or a legal or provider requirement. On termination, your right to use the Service and active credentials ends. We may retain limited records where required for billing, tax, disputes, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It is not a clinical, diagnostic, employment-screening, or regulated decision-making tool. Personality type results are product interpretations of broad trait signals and are not professional advice or a substitute for qualified judgment.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, GLORIAPR LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or provider requirements change. We will post the revised Terms with a new date. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer or data protection law requires otherwise. Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@b5tools.ly.
